Temply
Legal
These terms describe the rules for using Temply across the Discord bots, the website and dashboard, support tools, and Premium services.
By using Temply, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and in line with Discord's rules, platform policies, and any applicable payment-provider requirements where Premium billing is involved.
Temply may be used through the main temporary voice bot, the public website, the dashboard, Premium checkout pages, public status pages, and the support bot. Some features are available only if they are enabled by a server administrator, available in the relevant environment, or supported by the current plan.
Temply allows server administrators to configure channels, categories, room controls, logging, statistics, moderation behaviours, support settings, role syncing, and Premium-related options. Administrators are responsible for how they configure Temply inside their own guilds and for the roles, permissions, and channels they choose to connect to the service.
You may not use Temply to abuse Discord infrastructure, evade moderation, interfere with other guilds or users, overload Temply systems, exploit payment systems, attempt unauthorised access, abuse support flows, or use the service in a way that is fraudulent, harmful, or clearly outside its intended purpose.
Temply offers Premium tiers and may offer both monthly and lifetime billing modes. Premium entitlements may unlock additional capabilities such as per-guild branding controls and related dashboard features. Premium access depends on the recorded entitlement state. If a paid entitlement ends, fails, is cancelled, or is otherwise no longer active, Temply may remove, reset, downgrade, or limit related Premium features automatically.
Temply includes support, moderation, and automation features that may take action automatically based on configured rules or service state. This can include ticket workflows, Premium role syncing, room recovery, automod removals, and configuration-driven room controls. You understand that these features may operate automatically when enabled.
Temply is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may be improved, redesigned, restricted, replaced, paused, or removed as the product evolves. Temply does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent feature parity, or guaranteed compatibility with all future Discord or third-party platform changes.
Temply depends on Discord, hosting providers, databases, caching systems, payment systems, and other third-party infrastructure. Some failures, delays, or degraded experiences may come from dependencies outside Temply's direct control.
Temply may limit, suspend, refuse, or remove access where use appears abusive, harmful, unlawful, fraudulent, infrastructure-risky, or inconsistent with Discord or payment-provider requirements. This can include limiting Premium access, dashboard access, support access, or service use more broadly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temply is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, dependency-related, or configuration-related issues arising from use of the service. This includes downtime, Discord-side failures, deleted channels, role misconfiguration, permission mistakes, support interruptions, billing-provider issues, or other problems outside reasonable control.
These terms may be updated over time to reflect product, infrastructure, legal, billing, or policy changes. Continued use of Temply after updated terms are published means you accept the revised version.
